JEA confirms water outages throughout Nocatee

ST. JOHNS COUNTY, Fla. — UPDATE 9:50 P.M.: JEA confirmed with Action News Jax that a 20-inch pipe had broken on Nocatee Rd. and US-1.

JEA says that repair crews are en route, however, there is yet to be an ETA when the water will be restored.

Customers can expect a Full Advisory via JEA via text or email shortly.


Multiple areas throughout Nocatee have been without water for the past hour.

The outage was first reported at around 8 pm, according to tips from multiple viewers. A viewer told Action News Jax that the outage potentially has an effect over Twenty Mile, Freedom Landing, Heritage Trace, and Pioneer Village among other highly populated areas.

Action News Jax has reached out to JEA, who confirmed that they are aware of the outages. Stay tuned for more updates as we learn them.
