JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — JEA is passing a fuel rate decrease on to customers beginning on their February bill.
The average household will see a decrease of about $7 on that statement.
The utility gives money back to customers when its costs are lower than expected.
Over the past three years, JEA has returned almost $170 million to customers in fuel credits.
