JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department reported that it put out a house fire this morning on Coldfield Drive.
According to rescue personnel at the scene, they were alerted of the fire around 6:35 a.m. Wednesday.
No one was home at the time, but two dogs were pulled from the residence and are expected to be okay after some oxygen and water. According to a tweet by JFRD, the dogs were on their feet and greeted their owner upon his return home.
