JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A traffic crash earlier this afternoon resulted in the death of one person on the Wonderwood Expressway.

According to JSO, an elderly man was riding an antique motorcycle eastbound on the Wonderwood Expressway.
A male, driving a Toyota, struck the rear of the motorcycle, causing the elderly man to get thrown off. Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department pronounced the man dead upon arrival.
The driver of the Toyota remained on scene and is cooperating with investigators, no indicators of impairment were reported.
The Wonderwood Expressway eastbound is closed at Girvin Rd. and will remain shut down for another hour as detectives conduct the on-scene investigation
This is the 151st traffic fatality this year in Duval County, and the 29th involving a motorcycle.
