JSO: Gunman opens fire inside Wind Hill residence, shoots man through bedroom wall

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A man was hospitalized with non-life threatening injuries in a shooting Sunday night in the 1000 block of Anders Boulevard in the Southside area. Police were called to a residence there at about 10:30 p.m. in reference to a male being shot.

Investigators learned that the male was inside of a home when a gunman opened fire outside, Jacksonville police said. Four shots went through the victim’s bedroom wall striking him once in the hip, police said. He was taken to the hospital and listed in stable condition.

No arrests were made.
