JSO investigating stabbing death

DUVAL COUNTY, Fla. — The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office is investigating a death near Brentwood Park in  Jacksonville.

Police responded to the call at 7:15 a.m. Thursday about a person stabbed at West 22nd Street at Boulevard Street, near Interstate 95. Police found a man unresponsive on the sidewalk. Fire rescue said he was deceased.

The possible suspect is in custody.

Investigators are talking to possible witnesses in the ongoing investigation.
