JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — UPDATE 5:20 p.m.: The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office responded to a shooting at a west Jacksonville apartment complex Sunday afternoon that left one man dead.

There is no significant suspect description either.

Police said when they arrived at 2000 Sophia Street around 3:20 p.m., they found a black male with a gunshot wound. He was taken to the hospital and pronounced deceased.
The only description police gave of a possible suspect was that they are looking for a black male. JSO is still working to gather evidence in the deadly shooting.
