GREEN COVE SPRINGS, Fla. — A family’s dog went missing on Dec. 15 in Green Cove Springs. Brooke Comer says she was looking tirelessly for their dog Athena, a female German shepherd. They looked through numerous surveillance videos and even set up traps in hopes of finding her.
The family received the ultimate gift when the lost dog returned home Christmas Eve ringing the door bell.
