The Clay County Sheriff’s Office say Kiaun Shannard Miller, 24, is charged with second degree murder following an investigation into a shooting that happened at an Orange Park apartment complex.
Deputies and Clay County Fire Rescue responded to 2150 Spencer Road Friday afternoon and found a female victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. The woman, identified as Shantdella Garcon, was pronounced dead several minutes later.
