JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — In Cisco Gardens near Imeson Road and Pritchard Road, a man says he came across human remains as he was plowing land.

The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office said officers got a call about possibe human remains at the 6700 block Utsey Road.

The Sheriff's Office said a man was clearing land when he found the possible remains.
The Sheriff's Office's homicide unit resoponded. The Sheriff's Office said the remains are believed to be human. The Sheriff's Office said the medical examiner is at the scene processing, recovering all the bones and remains to test and hopefully identify.
According to JSO, the bones appear to have been out there for a while and the bones were wrapped up a possible plastic bag or tarp.
The man, who discovered the bones, ran over the bag of bones with his equipment.
The bones were found around 200 yards down a dirt road and 50 yards into the woods, according to police.
JSO said officers will be at the scene through tomorrow.
