UPDATE: FBI make an arrest in shooting at FBI agent in Georgia

Joshuia Brown turned himself in to the FBI on Wednesday (FBI Atlanta)

ATLANTA, Ga. — UPDATE - Aug. 11, 2022 - FBI Atlanta has announced that Joshuia Johnathon Luke Brown is now in custody.

Brown was wanted for allegedly firing multiple rounds at an FBI Agent in Columbus on July 28th.

According to agents, Brown turned himself in to the FBI at 5 p.m. Wednesday, in Columbus. The FBI said that he reportedly felt pressure from the multi-day manhunt.

Agents say there is no indication he ever left Columbus between when the incident took place and the time of his arrest.

Original Story - A $25,000 reward is being offered by the FBI for information leading to the arrest of Joshuia Johnathon Luke Brown.

Brown is wanted for allegedly firing multiple rounds at an FBI agent in Columbus, Georgia, on July 28, 2022.

On Aug. 1, 2022, a federal arrest warrant was issued by the United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia, Macon, Georgia, after the suspect was charged with possession of a firearm by a prohibited person and impeding a federal official.

Brown is described by the FBI as being 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighing 197 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
