According to 2017 documents, a Jacksonville Sheriff's Office detective was offered a sexual act in exchange for $60 while he was getting a massage at Luxury Massage in Mandarin.
Documents from the Florida Board of Massage Therapy say Luxury Massage has voluntarily given up its license:
“...respondent agrees to never re-apply for licensure at a massage establishment in the state of Florida..."
The Board of Massage Therapy entered a final order against the company, meaning once the order is filed with the Department of Health, the business will have to stop giving massages.
The employee was also arrested for prostitution.
It is unclear when the business will have to stop offering massage services.
