JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The City of Jacksonville’s Military Affairs and Veterans Department announced free tax services to Veterans and their spouses ahead of tax season.

The free tax service initiative aims to provide Veterans and their spouses with essential tax services, helping them navigate the complexities of tax preparation with ease. The COJ states they are committed to supporting our Veterans and ensuring they have access to the resources they deserve.

DD-214 and/or Veteran status ID is required to take advantage of this service.

Services are available by appointment only Monday through Thursday, from 9 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., at the Military Affairs and Veterans Department Office inside City Hall.
