Moody Avenue reopened to drivers and pedestrians at 4 p.m. on Thursday.
In September, excessive rainfall caused damage to a box culvert between Connie Circle and Meadow Drive, causing the road to collapse.

Repairs began in November.
A news release from Clay County said that the project finished ahead of schedule and on budget.
Crews will install a rail along the pedestrian walkway after the holidays.
