A Nassau County psychologist is in hot water with the Florida Commission on Ethics.
Action News Jax has been investigating Dr. Catherine Drew's potential conflicts of interest for more than two years.
The Florida Commission on Ethics found probable cause that Drew, a former Nassau County school district employee, had a prohibited business relationship and conflicting employment relationship.
This is related to her business Florida Psychological Associates.

According to the commission, Drew contracted with the district to provide mental health services for students while employed by the district to oversee the grant for student mental health services.
In other words, she was in charge of a grant and gave it to her own company.
The commission has ordered a public hearing on this issue.
