YULEE, Fla. — A Fort Myers man is accused of trying to get his Black Friday deals from the Yulee Walmart illegally.
Brett Woloszyn, 38, was arrested Friday on theft charges, according to an arrest report from the Nassau County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies said Woloszyn paid for a white trash can in the self-checkout area. The trash can was full of items that were not paid for, according to the arrest report.
Woloszyn was stopped at his vehicle, a blue Mercedes-Benz work van, by deputies.
When deputies ran the vehicle’s plate, it was found to be reported stolen out of Clay County.

Deputies took Woloszyn back inside to review surveillance footage, where Woloszyn was seen arriving in the blue van and then shoplifting the items, according to the report.
The van was found to be worth $153,000 and it was discovered that the items stolen from Walmart were worth $469.58.
Woloszyn was then arrested on charges of theft over $100,000 and retail theft.
