NCSO asking public for information on newly-arrested scam artist

NASSAU COUNTY, Fla. — Nassau County Sheriff’s Office is asking the community for information about a local scam artist.

Paul Arnett Rushing, the owner of Stateline Home Services, has a lengthy history of receiving payments for home projects and not performing the work or giving refunds to customers.

Rushing was recently arrested in Nassau County on multiple warrants out of Georgia for grand theft. He allegedly received over $9,000 for work that he never started.
