Original story: Neptune Beach police are asking for the community’s help finding a blind man that went missing earlier this week.
Police say 26-year-old Joshua Arce is also mentally handicapped. He was last seen checking himself out of Memorial Hospital Monday night without being discharged. A few hours earlier he was spotted at the Beaches Branch Library with two unidentified people.
Arce was wearing a black shirt and blue shorts. He’s Asian with white, foggy eyes and has a white scar on his right forearm.
Anyone who knows the individual or knows about his whereabouts is asked to call NBPD at 904-270-2413.
