ST. JOHNS COUNTY, Fla. — The St. Johns County Board of County Commissioners recently authorized the construction of the Flagler Estates Fire Station 21 and Sheriff’s Office.

The construction contract was awarded on Feb. 4.
Vargco LLC will lead construction of the project at a cost of $4,001,674.

Construction will start in early 2025 and is expected to be finished by the end of the year.
It will be a 6,036-square-foot joint facility.
