JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — On Thursday, Mayor Donna Deegan helped welcome Downtown Jacksonville’s newest business, Decca Live.
The ribbon-cutting comes just days before the Saturday VIP opening of the rooftop bar and music venue, located on the riverfront at East Bay Street.
The public will have a chance to experience the venue fully during the grand opening weekend beginning January 31st.
DJ Kaskade will headline that first Friday show. In 2024, Kaskade became the first DJ to ever perform at a Super Bowl.

In a social media post, Mayor Donna Deegan marked Decca Live’s opening as another big step for the city.
“This exciting new venue joins the many businesses and developments that are growing our downtown,” she said. “It will offer a diverse range of artists and genres to our community and bring in more vibrancy and culture. In turn, it will give all our residents yet another reason to want to live, work, and play downtown.”
Other events already scheduled during the opening months include a KPop night and a performance by DJ Pauly D.
