VyStar Credit Union, a company headquartered in Northeast Florida, wants to fill up to 50 full-time positions at its Contact Center in Jacksonville and Gainesville to help with the “recent increase in the volume of transactions that are completed online and over the phone.”
Contact Center employees will help its members with financial transactions and answer questions related to accounts, loan payments and more.

VyStar says the positions have an opportunity for advancement and pay increases through the completion of the Member Service and Loan Training programs.
