CLAY COUNTY, Fla. — Miguel Padilla-Flores, of Orange Park, was arrested for sexually assaulting a child younger than 12, according to the Clay County Sheriff’s Office.

According to the affidavit for an arrest warrant, the sheriff’s office was made aware of Padilla-Flores on Dec. 13.
The victim has been assaulted by Padilla-Flores “on multiple occasions” between 2016 and 2022, according to documents.
Padilla-Flores is charged with ”lewd and lascivious molestation (victim less than 12 years of age) and capital sexual battery.”
He was arrested on Tuesday.
