Perfect spring day to start the week, but humidity and rain return

Perfect spring weather to start the week but storms return on Tuesday

Jacksonville, Fl — The return to work and school is starting off clear and comfortable with low humidity. Action News Jax Chief Meteorologist Mike Buresh says temperatures this afternoon will climb into the mid-70s at the beaches, and near 80 degrees inland.

It gets much warmer tonight and humidity roars back by tomorrow. Scattered afternoon storms return after a partly sunny start to the day.

Highs will be in the mid to upper 80s Tuesday and Wednesday. Scattered rain and storms stick around Wednesday and Thursday.

We dry out for Friday and turn less humid. Temperatures will only be in the low 70s.

An early preview of the weekend looks really nice. Both mornings will be chilly in the 40s. Temperatures are forecast to be in the low 70s both days.
