Jacksonville, Fl — Low humidity is allowing overnight temperatures to fall into the 40s with patchy inland frost. Skies stay sunny today and it’s going to be a beautiful day.

Action News Jax Chief Meteorologist Mike Buresh puts a ‘10′ on the weather meter with temperatures in the mid-70s and sunny skies.

On-shore winds off the Atlantic will keep the beaches a bit cool but Saturday and Sunday are both sunny with afternoon highs in the 70s.

Afternoons warm into the 80s next week while staying dry. Average high temperature is 80 degrees, so we’ll be a little above average through mid-week.

TROPICS: No active storms. An area of low pressure will form off the coast of Florida this weekend and that may try to develop, but it moves away from FL regardless of development.
