Missing woman with memory loss found safe

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — UPDATE: The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office says Theresa Demosthenes has been located safe.

Police are looking for a missing 85-year-old woman who may experience memory loss.

Theresa Demosthenes was last seen Sunday around 10 p.m. in the area of 2000 Jammes Road. She only speaks Creole and may not have her glasses.

She is six-foot, 130 pounds, and may be wearing a black dress with cream flowers and black sandals. She has brown eyes and gray hair.
