JSO is now searching for the man involved in the stand-off. According to JSO, a warrant has been issued to Oneil Exantus for murder.
Original story: There is heavy police presence near the intersection of Shady Oak Drive and Rogero Road in Arlington.
Neighbors tell Action News Jax there is a man barricaded in a home.
Lake Lucina Elementary School is in the area.
According to the Duval County School Board, the school is not on lockdown.
Police say the school is not in an "area of concern."
This scene is also near a laundromat where a 24-year-old man was shot and killed Tuesday.
