ST. JOHNS COUNTY, Fla. — Construction at Mickler's Landing Beachfront Park will only be happening three days out of the week for the rest of the season.

The dune reconstruction schedule has been amended to allow additional public access as the private project continues now through February 2020, according to St. Johns County officials.

The park and parking lot will now be open to the public four days a week -- Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, and will be closed for construction activity three days a week -- Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Construction activity on the beach north of the park will continue while the park and parking lot are open.
