Putnam County Sheriff’s Office said in a Facebook post that they’ve been called to the residence 60 times over the last two months in response to harassment. Deputies were called out to the residence on Christmas Eve where the victim told officers that Champagne wrote derogatory messages at the end of his driveway, yelled at him, and threatened to harm him, the sheriff’s office Facebook post states.

“Due to the continued harassment and stalking deputies arrested Champagne and charged him with stalking, a first-degree misdemeanor,” the post states. “He was taken to the Putnam County Jail and held on $2,500 bond. Not exactly the best behavior for someone wearing a Santa suit,” the post states.
