Report: Jacksonville man pleasures himself on side of Arlington Road

A Jacksonville man was arrested after citizens reported that he exposed himself in the middle of a Jacksonville street.

William Jones, 56, was masturbating with his pants around his ankles on the side of Arlington Road, the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office said in a report. Jones was later found walking in the middle of Cesary Road, the report said.

Jones was in possession of a small glass pipe, police said. Jones told JSO that he found the pipe and used it to smoke crack cocaine.

Jones was carrying several credit cards, JSO said, and Jones stated that he found them in dumpsters.

Only one of the cards came back as stolen.

Jones is charged with exposing sexual organs and drug possession.
