JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — One of downtown Jacksonville's signature buildings has a new owner.
Lingerfelt Commonwealth partners of Richmond, Virginia has sold the Riverplace Tower on the Southbank for $53.4 million.
It bought the building two years ago for $29 million.
Lingerfelt did not identify the buyer, but said it would continue to manage the building for the new owner.
Riverplace Tower has 441,000 square feet of business space.
