The victim told police he was arguing with the suspect about the transgender student being able to use the boy's bathroom.

The threats were made in a group message on the social media app Discord, according the report.

The report said the suspect wrote, "I'm gonna shoot up the school idc," and, "I want (victim's name) to die and he is going to die."

Police went to the suspect's house to speak with him and his parents, the report said.

The suspect admitted to police that he made the threats, but the threats were made in anger and he would not shoot anybody or shoot the school, according to the report.

The report said officers then arrested the student.
