Duval County Public Schools said Stanton College Preparatory School was on a Code Yellow lockdown and that staff and students were safe. The school district said this means that there is limited movement, but that classroom instruction continues. As a precaution, the school remained on a Code Yellow for the remainder of the school day and were dismissed as normal.
