Jacksonville, FL. — The Museum of Science & History (MOSH) has announced that Shad Khan, the owner of the Jacksonville Jaguars, has donated $5 million to help build a new museum on the shipyard property.
His gift is the largest private donation to the campaign.

Khan has committed himself to bettering Downtown Jacksonville.
In a previous statement, he said "he was “all in” on the Museum’s plans, and that the new museum, would be a spectacular addition to Downtown Jacksonville.”
He hopes that his contribution to the museum will help better downtown and spark a movement of change.
The museum announced the launch of its campaign in March of 2019 and would like to thank the Khan family for their generous donation.
