SILVER ALERT: Jacksonville Sheriff's Office looking for missing 92-year-old Clifford Cersey

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — UPDATE 11/30/2019: Clifford Henry Cersey has been located safe, police say.

The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office is searching for Clifford Henry Cersey, 92.

He was last seen late Friday.

Cersey left his home around 1 p.m. to go to the barber shop on Edgewood Avenue, and has yet to return home.

The victim has been diagnosed with dementia as well as other serious medical conditions.

He drives a 2011 silver Toyota Venza with Florida tag "EQF N66".
