Jacksonville, Fl — Five children are seeking closure 35 years after their mother, Melinda Holder, was found dead inside of a Green Cove Springs home.
The decades-old case is getting renewed interest and leads thanks to First Coast Crime Stoppers and the dogged work of Detective C. Milliken.
