St. Johns County family is celebrating a miracle of their own this Easter weekend

JACKSONVILLE, Fla — Many families celebrate the miracle of Easter but one St. Johns County family is celebrating a miracle of their own.

Two brothers who have been close all their lives are now a little closer with each of their wives giving birth at Flagler Hospital on the same day.

Brooks Hitchcock was born at 8:04 am on Thursday, April 6 to older brother David and his wife, Jackie, and their daughter.

Then, just a few hours later, Peyton Grace Hitchcock was born at 2:59 pm to younger brother Cody and his wife, Whitney.

Their due dates were originally supposed to be a day apart and neither expected a joint birthday for the cousins.
