ST. JOHNS COUNTY, Fla. — WHAT WE KNOW:
- The St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office said seven people were arrested during a raid at a home on Tanager Dr. Thursday.
- Those charged have been identified as Anthony Ryan, 35; Christopher Allen, 37; Sierra Butner, 22; April Foerst, 29; James Hodson, 43; Hope Thompson, 22 and Swayze Mobley, 27.
- Deputies discovered an active methamphetamine lab inside the home, according to SJSO. The St. Johns County Code Enforcement and declared the structure uninhabitable pending a chemical analysis and any potential decontamination or possible demolition.
- Over the past 3 years, SJSO has responded to an estimated 50 complaints stemming from activity at or around the home. Investigators have previously served two additional search warrants at the property.
