A Walmart in St. Marys, Georgia, was briefly closed after a report of a suspicious briefcase, St. Marys police said Saturday evening.
The store was evacuated after reports that the package was left in the parking lot.
Bomb technicians had exploded the package and found nothing inside of it.
Explosives technicians are on the way from Savannah as a precaution, police added.
The Walmart is back open, police said.
