A house in St. Simons, Georgia, is a HGTV Dream Home for 2017-- and the plan is to give it away.
The house is described as an "outdoor oasis" with plenty of space to host guests and throw dinner parties.
In addition to having the familiar rooms like dining and living rooms, the house also features a pool, pool lounge, terrace suite and a home gym.
The house also includes a new Honda Pilot and $250,000 in mortgage loans.
Those interested in signing up for the sweepstakes can go on the HGTV website, starting Wednesday. The sweepstakes period ends in February.
The giveaway series has previously featured a home in Jacksonville Beach in 2013.
