UPDATE Thursday 7:30 a.m.: Florida State College officials say a reported indecent act on campus was a one-time occurrence.
A FSCJ spokesperson said investigation revealed the incident involved a male student allegedly inappropriately touching a female student while on campus.
Officials reviewed surveillance video that helped them identify the person involved. The people involved have been interviewed and the college will take action as deemed necessary, officials said.
Original story: A report of a man seen touching himself Tuesday on a Florida State College at Jacksonville campus is under investigation.
The incident allegedly happened at FSCJ's Deerwood Center Tuesday night and was reported on Wednesday.

The man was wearing a black shirt and black pants at the time of the incident, the school said.
Students were alerted of the reported fondling incident on the FSCJ Safe app.
