Summer lane closures along Southside Boulevard and Gate Parkway begin today

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Beginning Monday, June 6, single-lane closures along Gate Parkway will be in effect between Deerwood Park Boulevard and Southside Boulevard and on Gate Parkway Eastbound approaching Southside Boulevard.

The closures are in place so that construction crews can perform underground drainage and concrete work. These closures are expected to be in place until late summer, meaning drivers may see increased traffic or congestion during peak hours.
