ST. JOHNS COUNTY, Fla. — Officials said that a school in St. Johns County School has been cleared of the bomb threat.
The bomb threat was reported Monday morning at the Switzerland Point Middle School, according to authorities.
The school was evacuated as law enforcement investigated.
All students are safe and parents are asked not come to the school, school officials said. The district said the evacuation was done in a timely manner because the school is a one-story building.
Action News Jax learned that the a note was found at about 10 a.m. in a bathroom.
