JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A teen was shot overnight at an apartment complex on Kings Street.

JSO states that through their initial investigation, they determined that the victim was walking through the apartment complex on the 100 block of King Street when a group of individuals wearing all black approached them. The group pulled out firearms and began firing upon the group.
The victim was grazed by a gunshot to the head, however, JSO says they were transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. They called 911 shortly after.
The suspects were last seen entering the apartment complex. JSO does not believe that this incident was gang-related at this time.
