ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. — The newest restaurant offering from Maple Biscuit Co. co-founder Scott Moore is almost here.
Queso, coffee and tacos combine at Calico Cactus, officially opening its doors in St. Augustine this month. The restaurant announced on Facebook January 6th that opening day is Tuesday, January 14th at the shop at 833 S Ponce De Leon Blvd.

As part of the celebration, some customers that day will receive free merchandise, free tacos for a year and coffee club memberships.
A sneak peek of the menu shows an assortment of ‘brekkie’ tacos and ‘lunchier’ tacos for whatever best fits your mood. Vegetarians - you’re good. There are several options free of meat.
In traditional brunch style, Calico Cactus will be open every day from 7 a.m. - 3 p.m.
