There has been a rash of car break-ins at the St. Johns Town Center, including one on the main drag right outside Louis Vuitton.
Shoes, purses and belts worth thousands of dollars were stolen after thieves broke into vehicles in the parking lots and snatched the items.
"Innocent people walking around working hard. It's probably valuable stuff that they work hard for. I just think people like that need to grow up and act normal," shopper Dayton Nguyen said.
Action News Jax obtained five Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office incident reports that date back to July 12.
All the reports state that the suspects shattered glass or used a screwdriver to unlock the door of the vehicle.

Louis Vuitton and Chanel bags were the most expensive items taken.
"It's sad but it's the world that we live in. You really can't leave expensive things in your car," shopper Maddie Johnston said.
Just last week, officers tell Action News Jax thieves walked into the Louis Vuitton store and made off with purses and sunglasses worth close to $22,000.
"I think that maybe this mall needs more security guards even though it's an outdoor mall. I think that can be prevented," Johnston said.
The spokesperson for Simon Property Group Inc., the property owner of the St. Johns Town Center, released the following statement:
"We are aware of five incidents that have occurred in the Southeast Duval County-area, two of which occurred on property. We are working closely with the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office as they investigate these incidents.
"We are committed to providing a safe and secure shopping environment for our shoppers, retailers and employees. To do so, we take several proactive security measures that are visible to the public including, a robust security force and 24-hour patrols on property and the deployment of law enforcement personnel. Other security measures are not visible to our shoppers and not disclosed to avoid compromising our efforts.
"Further inquiries should be directed to Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office."
