Topgolf moves closer to breaking ground at the Town Center

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A new Topgolf driving range is getting closer to breaking ground at the St. Johns Town Center.

The Turner Construction Company pulled a building permit for the St. Johns Town Center location.

The $6 million project will be the second Topgolf in Florida. Topgolf in Tampa opened in Dec. 2014.

The St. Johns Town Center location is expected to open in the summer of 2016.

Topgolf’s website says it is a premier golf entertainment complex where the competition of sport meets your favorite local hangout.
