JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A semi has overturned on San Jose Blvd. near Old St. Augustine Road, the Jacksonville Fire and Rescue said Friday.
In a video of the scene recorded by a driver, the semi can be seen on its side with large strips of drywall strapped down and crews standing on the cabin of the tractor-trailer.
