The driver of a blue Toyota Tacoma, Holly Marie Ulsch of Keystone Heights, was killed, as was 38-year-old Phillip Ulsch of Bryceville.
The driver of the log truck was not injured.
FHP said the Tacoma was traveling eastbound on Ford Road at Buckhead Trail when a semi carrying tree logs, attempting to making a left turn on Ford Road, pulled into the path of the truck, causing the truck to strike the semi trailer's left side.
