NASSAU COUNTY, Fla. — William Joseph Hale, 35, and Frank Gilliard Allison, 43, were both arrested in a “cat and mouse” road rage incident, according to arrest reports from the Nassau County Sheriff’s Office.
The road rage incident happened Saturday, Oct. 8.

Each suspect called 911 with similar scenarios.
They said they had been brake-checking and yelling at each other on U.S. 1.
Each driver reported grabbing their guns and firing.
Hale’s 5-year-old daughter was hit in the leg.

Allison’s 14-year-old daughter was also hit.

She was taken to UF Health Downtown with a collapsed lung.
Both drivers were arrested on attempted murder charges and sent to Nassau County Detention Facility.
