Jacksonville, Fl — Vice President Kamala Harris will visit Jacksonville today to tout the benefits of the $1.9 trillion American Rescue Plan. She has been traveling the country along with President Biden to highlight local and regional impacts beyond the initial $1,400 one-time stimulus payment to many Americans.
Harris is set to depart Washington D.C. around 11:50 am and arrive at Jacksonville International Airport.
She will visit a Jacksonville vaccine site around 3 pm, followed by a listening session at Feeding NE Florida. The White House says the tour will help educate the public about the federal programs available, including expanding aid to local businesses.

The American Rescue Plan invests more than $60 billion to help our small businesses. Earlier this week, I met with small business owners in Colorado to discuss the plan, and hear how they’re doing. pic.twitter.com/YcHBKrKdaR
